Lisa is our Operational Manager. She oversees business planning and policy development as well as day to day logistics.
Lisa manages staff recruitment and induction and is often the first point of contact for client enquiries.
Lisa is also a qualified Advocate and Trainer and has over 20 years of experience of developing and running training courses and events. She has provided statutory advocacy, working with the Human Rights Act, Care Act, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity/Dols legislation representing people across different services with different associated needs. As a consequence of this, Lisa understands the diverse needs of our clients and ensures that all policies and practices reflect current research and practice.
